How to make a booking?

  2. After completing your payment, our team will review your request and send a confirmation of availability via email within a short period.
  3. Please note that the charges shown on the booking page do not include transportation from Jerantut to Taman Negara. Our team will contact you separately to arrange this service, and payment for the transfer will be made manually via online transaction.This service is available at RM150 per car (maximum 4 passengers).

✅Surcharge RM200.00 per room per night is chargeable for solo traveller.
✅Surcharge RM300 per room per night during 1 July – 31 August.
✅Canopy walkway is close on Friday. If the activity falls on Friday, this activity will cancel (no refund) or postpone to the next day. If you agree to postpone, surcharge RM200 per boat for maximum 4 pax and RM300 per boat for maximum 12 pax will be imposed.
✅For order less than 48 hours, the booking is subjected to Tourist guide and room availability. We will discuss any change with you on how we can make your tour success if change need to be made. Any refund is subjected to 10% management cost as last option of your booking.
We will request the surcharge by using PayPal(or any other payment method) to your e-mail after booking has been made.
