Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Procedures

1.1 Please fill in our Booking Enquiry Form and click the submit button.

1.2 We will check your email, confirm the current availability and email our tour proposal.

1.3 Once we received your confirmation to proceed, we will email our official quotation and how to pay.

1.4 Please pay full payment or 50% deposit to secure your booking. And please pay the remaining balance, 14 days before tour date.

1.5 For all short notice bookings (less than 14 days) full payment is required.

1.6 We will email the official receipt to confirm receiving your payment.

2. Rates & Prices

2.1 All rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), unless otherwise specified.

2.2 All prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing. In the event a service provider increases its prices to Justexplore during the course of this contract, Justexplore reserves the right to increase the prices under this contract.

2.3 All payment made via PayPal payment terminal are subject to 5% admin fee.

2.4 All rates & fees quoted and published in this website are 0% Goods & Services Tax (GST).

3. Tour Price

3.1 Tour Price Includes
Items and services included for each tour programme are listed in their own respective web page.

3.2 Tour Price Excludes
Video and Camera license including smartphone, insurance coverage, optional tours, admission fees are excluded unless otherwise stated, excess baggage charges, baggage insurance, beverages, tips for drivers and guides and all other items of a personal nature.

4. Tour Information

4.1 Tour’s Itinerary
The outline itineraries given are statements of intent rather than promises. Local conditions – weather, events, festivals or a host of other uncontrollable factors can mean a change in the tour itinerary. It is with this in mind that we reserve the right to change any of the listed services and, if necessary, even modify the itinerary itself at short notice. Where this happens, the tour operators/suppliers leaders/guides/drivers will decide the best alternative.

4.2 Closures or Curtailments
We will not be held responsible for any closures or curtailments in circumstances beyond our control. No refunds are provided for route/programme variations.

4.3 Cancellation
We can cancel any tours, excursions, and services we sell without prior notice for reasons such as maintenance, bad weather or insufficient group size. Excursions may also be subject to minimum/maximum numbers of people participating.

4.4 Photos
There is no guarantee of sightings those photos and activities of wildlife described which may be seen during the excursions, due to factors beyond our control, for example: inclement weather.

4.5 Responsibility
We also shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage to baggage or personal belongings during the tour.

5. Amend Your Booking (Applicable for Gunung Tahan packages only)

RM50.00 service charges is applicable for each amendment requested by client to any confirmed bookings.

6. Force Majeure

Neither Justexplore nor the suppliers shall be liable for damages of any kinds arising out of changes to the rates, routes, timetables, itineraries in respect of the products or services due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Liability

Justexplore shall be exempted from liability for loss, injury or damage to property or personal accidents, delays irregularities or the occurrence beyond our control.

8. Possibility of Changes

In the event Justexplore did not inform the current situation of itineraries or routings of tour packages, activities and transfers, which the suppliers have the right to change with or without prior notice due to inclement weather or any other unforeseen circumstances, Justexplore are not liable to these changes. The supplier will give substitute arrangements of the similar standard, should it occur. No refund, in full or in part, will be given for these changes.

9. Cancellations, partial Cancellations, “No Show” and Amendments Charges

9.1 Services providers such as hotels, carriers, restaurant contractors or any other companies related to the services provided may charge cancellation, amendments and/or no show fees depending on the situation and/or circumstances.

When they levy such charges, these charges will be billed to Justexplore. Justexplore cannot be held responsible for charges incurred due to unforeseen circumstances.

9.2 Cancellation Charges
In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled/partially cancelled, a cancellation charge will be levied. Any cancellation received will incur the following cancellation charges: –
For SIC / Public Tour Booking:
Days before arrival: Cancellation Charges
More than 30 days: 10% of total tax invoice amount
15 – 29 days: 50% of total tax invoice amount
05 – 14 days: 70% of total tax invoice amount
01 – 04 days: 100% of total tax invoice amount

For Group, Nature Combo Tour & Private Tour Booking:
Days before arrival: Cancellation Charges
More than 30 days: 30% of total tax invoice amount
15 – 29 days: 50% of total tax invoice amount
08 – 14 days: 70% of total tax invoice amount
01 – 07 days: 100% of total tax invoice amount

9.3 “No Show”
In the event of “No Show”, no refund in full or in part will be given for services in the programme not utilized.

10. Refunds Policy

10.1 No refund, in full or in part, will be given for services included in the programme that is not utilized.

10.2 No refund for cancellation after the tour has commenced or for any tours, transfers, accommodations, meals or any other services provided not utilized.

10.3 Should there be any refunds, it will not cover foreign exchange rate differences, bank charges and credit card charges incurred.

11. Responsibility

11.1 Justexplore merely acts as a platform of products and services for the suppliers and shall not be responsible nor liable for overbooking, misinformation or mishandling of any reservations or bookings by the suppliers.

11.2 Any other dissatisfactions or complaints of the guests relating to the quality of the products or services provided by the suppliers or otherwise whomsoever, any damage or loss to your personal property or personal injury howsoever sustained or caused.

11.3 In the event of mishandling, misinformation or overbooking by our supplier, or any other dissatisfaction or complaint aforesaid, the guest,  should take up the matter directly to the supplier who is under an obligation to deal with such matters in accordance.

11.4 Justexplore acts only as an agent for travel & tour operators, transportation companies, hotels, car rentals and all other suppliers and finalizes all arrangements upon the expressed condition that it shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, losses, accidents, inadvertent errors in bookings, delays generally or irregularities which may be occasioned either by reason of any defects in any vehicles, or through the acts or defaults, of any companies or people engaged in conveying or accommodating passengers or in the carrying out of arrangements of the ground content, tours or otherwise in connection with its operations. To protect you and Justexplore, we require all clients to be adequately insured against the above-mentioned liabilities.

11.5 Justexplore will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the client/s as a result of the foregoing causes over which it has no control, such as war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God or Government, broken machinery or equipment required as part of client/s’ itinerary, or unavoidable events that caused the clients’ itinerary unenforceable.

11.6 Descriptions and conditions are correct in the website. Justexplore reserves the right to alter the itineraries and/or substitute services with or without prior notice as a result of circumstances beyond our control or if it is deemed to be in the best interests of all parties concerned.

11.7 Justexplore reserves the right to amend any provisions in this website.

11.8 Upon Justexplore receiving payment from client will signify the acceptance of the above terms & conditions and responsibilities outlined.
