Overview
Semenggoh is one of the world’s top places to see semi-wild orangutans in their natural rainforest setting. The reserve spans 6.8 square kilometers and is home to 25 orangutans. Eleven of these were rescued from captivity or orphaned, while 14 are born in Semenggoh. Visitors have the chance to observe these incredible animals up close as they roam freely among the trees.

Itinerary
Daytrip :
- 0800 Pick up from hotel and transfer to Semenggoh Orang Utan Centre
- Visit 740-hectare virgin forest home to semi-wild orangutans
- Learn about rehabilitation efforts for orphans and rescued orangutans
- Observe orangutans during feeding time in their natural environment
- Discover other wildlife such as gibbons, porcupines, and crocodiles
- Listen to forest sounds including gibbons and wild birds nearby
- Enjoy exploring the sanctuary and surrounding lush forest area
- 1100 Depart from Semenggoh Orang Utan Centre and return to hotel
