5.Penang ➡ Cemeron Highlands ➡ Taman Negara

It is located 14 km from George Town the capital city of Penang.  From the airport, get to your hotel by bus or taxi. 4.Kuala Lumpur ➡ Pulau Tioman ➡ Taman Negara

Kuala Lumpur City Tour1Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) is the main gateway for tourists to come to Malaysia. In 2014, it handled 48,930,409 passengers from all over the world. From KLIA get to Kuala Lumpur City Center either by ERL (Express Rail Link) or Bus or Taxi. The shuttle bus services are available to two (2) main terminals in Kuala Lumpur: –

  • Pudu Sentral – by Starshuttle, bus services.
  • KL Sentral – by Skybus or Aerobus, bus services.

Aftering exploring Kuala Lumpur, you can get to Pulau Tioman by land transfer to Mersing then followed by ferry from Mersing Jetty to Pulau Tioman. Located about 56 km off the coast of Pahang, Pulau Tioman, it takes about 3 hours ride to reach the alluring holiday paradise island in the South China Sea.

From Jerantut, get to Taman Negara either by boat via Kuala Tembeling Jetty or direct to Taman Negara by Jungle Bus.

3.Kuala Lumpur ➡ Malacca ➡ Taman Negara

On this route you will pass by two states, Selangor and Negeri Sembilan in about 2.5 hours ride. Malacca is rich in history and a few top attractions include Jonker Walk, Portuguese Square, St. John’s Fort, A’Famosa, Stadthuys, and the Baba Nyonya Heritage Museum.

1.Kuala Lumpur ➡ Taman Negara ➡ Pulau Perhentian

Rafting & Caving1The easiest way for you to get to Taman Negara from Kuala Lumpur is by daily shuttle services. The shuttle bus depart from Chinatown, Kuala Lumpur at 8:30 am to Jerantut with estimated 3.5 hr journey. From Jerantut, get to Taman Negara by boat via Kuala Tembeling Jetty, for another 3 hr boat ride via Sungai Tembeling. The shuttle service include bus and boat tickets.

At the end of your visit to Taman Negara, continue you journey by shuttle services to the most beautiful island in Malaysia, Pulau Perhentian. There are a few service providers on this route, book the ticket in advance, and to get the transfer from Taman Negara to Kuala Besut Jetty. From Kuala Besut Jetty, get a ferry transfer to Pulau Perhentian.
