| 1. Surcharge RM200 per room per night applies for solo travelers. This charge is included. 2. Surcharge RM300 per room per night applies from 1 July to 31 August for AsiaCamp Resort and Local Village rooms (aircond room with attached toilet). This charge is excluded and must be paid one day before arrival. 3. Surcharge RM1,000 per room per night applies from 1 July to 31 August for Mutiara Resort. This charge is excluded and must be paid one day before arrival. 4. The canopy walkway is closed on Friday. If the activity falls on Friday, it will be canceled with no refund or postponed to the next day. If you agree to postpone, a surcharge of RM200 per boat for up to 4 persons, or RM300 per boat for up to 12 persons, applies. This charge is excluded and must be paid one day before arrival. 5. For bookings made less than 48 hours before arrival, confirmation is subject to guide and room availability. We will discuss any necessary changes with you to ensure your tour proceeds smoothly.
