Itinerary
DAY ONE - Arrival Kota Kinabalu
Meet and great by our representative, proceed for Kota Kinabalu sightseeing tour Sabah State Mosque Atkinson Clock Tower and Signal Hill the highest point in the city, is one of the best place to get a good view of Kota Kinabalu. Transfer to check in hotel.
DAY TWO - Poring Hot Spring & Kinabalu park (B,L)
After breakfast, proceed to south-east of Sabah to the Malaysia’s first World Heritage Site of Mount Kinabalu which designated by UNESCO in December 20000. Stop by Nabalu, a small town located near the foot of Mount Kinabalu to buy some local fruits & handicrafts. Upon arrival Poring Hot Spring, the main attraction here is the Canopy Walk over the 157.8 meter long suspension bridge. After finishing the trek, take a clip in the Japanese rising from the earth’s depth and soak in the self-mixed warm believed to have therapeutic effect. Before departing the Hot Spring a lunch will be serving at local restaurant
After lunch, make a brief stopover at the KINABALU PARK stop by at the vegetable & fruits market in Kundasang. Upon arrival at Kinabalu Park Headquaters located at 1500m above sea level, we could visit the Exhibition Centre or juststep into Wonderland by following any of the numerous trails around park, the park covers an area of 754 square kilometers surrounding the majestic Mount Kinabalu which at 4,095.2 meters is the highest mountain in Malaysia. Late evening, transfer back to Kota Kinabalu. Dinner will be serving at Fisherman Village Floating Seafood restaurant with Cultural Dance.
DAY THREE - Tunku Abdul Rahman's Marine Park (B, L)
After breakfast, proceed to jetty for around 20 minutes boat ride to one of the islands within the Tunku Abdul Rahman’s Marine Park: Sapi Island. You are free at leisure – enjoy swimming or snorkeling in the crystal clear waters and observe corals and many colored fish, or just laze around the beach and soak up the tropical sun.
There are also some trails in the forest of this small island for short nature walks, bird watching and you can try and spot the smaller animals that make the island their home: crabs, monitor lizards and squirrels. By 1230hrs, a BBQ lunch will be serving on beach side.
After lunch, transfer back to KK mainland: proceed for a 2 hours land journey passing through paddy fields, local villages and oil palm plantations to the Klias River Jetty.
Upon arrival, have light refreshment with local Malaysian homemade cakes. On around 1700hrs, on boat for 1½ hours river cruise along the wetland and mangrove forest reserve to search for the PROBOCIS MONKEYS, Long tail macaque monkeys, silver leaf monkeys and others interesting wildlife. As the darkness falls, witness the nature display light of millions of FIREFLIES along the riverbank and nearby swampy area and a traditional Bruneian-Malay style dinner will be serving on cruise.
DAY FOUR - Departure Kota Kinabalu (B)
After breakfast, free at leisure. Meet at the stated time transfer to airport for your flight back home.
